BETH GOODWIN
, co-founder of Eye Of The Whale Adventures is a USCG licensed captain and has a Masters degree in Physiology and Behavioral Biology of Marine Mammals.  Beth has taught university level field classes in maine mammal biology, coral reef ecology and SCUBA. She has worked with captive as well as free ranging dolphins. She has been one of the principal researchers in the longest running continuous humpback whale identification studies in the world (27 plus years) in Prince William Sound, Alaska. She has worked on NOAA ships as a marine mammal observer and photo-id specialist throughout the Pacific Ocean. She is very passionate about her work and has great whale adventures to share with you.






MARK GRANDONI,  co-founder of  Eye Of The Whale Adventures and former owner/operator of Kohala Kayak is a USCG licensed captain, experienced sailor, certified naturalist guide as well as a certified lifeguard. He has lived in Hawaii for over 20 years and has been leading outdoor expeditions on both land and sea for over 30 years.




As co-founders of  EYE OF THE WHALE ADVENTURES, Mark & Beth have combined their skills, enthusiam and love for the outdoors to assure you a fun, safe and unforgettable day out on the water.
